Ganja Say 04:58
Ganja say don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, Ganja say don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, They won’t go away, don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, Find another way, don’t worry now, Sunlight coming in the morning It’s another day so pick yourself up by the collar now, It’s another day so pick yourself up from the dirty ground, Find another way, don’t let yourself down for a dollar now, Find another way, don’t let yourself down for a dirty crown It’s another day, it’s another day, It’s another day, hear what ganja say Ganja say don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, Ganja say don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, They won’t go away, don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, Find another way, don’t worry now, Sunlight coming in the morning Said that I’m in love with the Mary Jane, You see it written on my face, Out the bag she whispered, ‘boy you better love me before I go to waste’, So light the fire we can burn it down, Twilight lovers in your glow, I’ll let all your kisses burn my tongue, What you do when no one knows Said that I’m in love each and every day, Said that I’m in love, hear what ganja say Ganja say don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, Ganja say don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, They won’t go away, don’t worry now, Worry ‘bout it in the morning, Find another way, don’t worry now, Sunlight coming in the morning

Hope is a fickle thing, But I breathe life into it when I can, But sometimes it flies away, I wish it would stay and keep me company, As I build myself up from the ground, These foundations, they make shake, But taller will I stand, love myself as I am Pick myself up, I just, dust myself off It feels like I'm drowning, The wind it is howling, All things built, they must come down, Summer feels good but winter comes around, The waves will crash, the sea will pound, Fears that were lost will soon be found, When you think you gonna give up, Fill up your cup with the waters that pick you up, But smooth sailing doesn't last on the sea, And after the dark storm's apogee, When we're stranded on the beach and the tide won't reach us, Lost from the deeps but the land will keep us, Things may get tougher, they may get rougher, Hard times come but we ain't born to suffer Pick myself up, I just, dust myself off

Oneiromancer 04:17
I thought I was living life all the while I’ve been asleep, Blinded by the light to the things I didn’t know I need, Won’t you teach me, show me the wisdom I can’t see, I'm living in my dreams Dreaming is for free, When my eyes are closed, baby let me be, Bridge the gap between my subconscious mind and me, Whispering to me, of all my insecurities, In search for inner peace, I tune into my frequency, I wander through the land of visions almost frequently, I stomp the heads of the shadows, they won’t leave me be, A metaphor for the war I fight in secrecy I thought I was living life all the while I’ve been asleep, Blinded by the light to the things I didn’t know I need, Won’t you teach me, show me the wisdom I can’t see, I’m living in my dreams I gave up long time ago, Trying to separate what I do and do not know, And keep my dreams in tow, Sow the seeds in my dreams, Find the wisdom that I need, Always out of reach, always found in each, Oh I need to know, Am I alive or am I just dead? Has what I'm saying already been said? A world out there or is it just in my head, Or maybe a dream as I lay in my bed? The only way out is the only way in, The only dream is the wind that sings, What will the morning bring? I thought I was living life all the while I’ve been asleep, Blinded by the light to the things I didn’t know I need, Won’t you teach me, show me the wisdom I can’t see, I’m living in my dreams

How far we’ve come, To lose what we’ve done, It all burns in fire, And our time has come, The change has begun, Time to unplug the wires and run, Our corrupted desires have won Born of this earth, grew up from the dirt, The rich kill our planet but how much is it worth? Sacred lands grabbed by greedy hands, We’re whanaunga to all of life since birth, The song of the huia haunts through the trees, Extinction is only forever see, Capital devours life, capital, the end of life, Kaitiakitanga for land and sea, Be less driven and relax, Aroha for whenua, fuck making stacks, Papa won't judge how we speak but how we act, So let's guide te Ao Mārama on the right track, On the right track, on the right track, Guide te Ao Mārama on the right track There’s blood on the breeze, burning the trees, Sky burning auburn, the children can’t breathe, Water is toxic the grass isn’t green, Air is polluted the rivers ain’t clean, Motivation is profit, driven by greed, Consuming the earth without planting the seeds, We’re deaf to the cries, numb to the seams, Blind by desires and we cannot see, Errors in our ways, faults in our stars, Our mindstate is fucked up and we blame the cars, We blame the system then call it ours, Counting the days, dreading the hours, But this is the way, repeat after me, Home of the brave, land of the free, This is the way now repeat after me, Home of the graves, land of the greed How far we’ve come, To lose what we’ve done, It all burns in fire, And our time has come, The change has begun, Time to unplug the wires and run, Our corrupted desires have won How far we’ve come, To lose what we’ve done, Corrupted desires, What started these fires, The time has come, The change has begun, Time to unplug the wire, Respect the supplier

I ain’t been sleeping all too well, The other day I tried to stand tall but I fell, It’s a lonely walk without your hand in mine, I get asked how I’m doing, I just say I’m fine, I just say I’m fine Been a year now and I’ve done some work, But it’s still hard not to treat yourself like dirt, Say come on, keep your head up and keep strong, It won’t be long ’til you’re dead and gone, Dead and gone.

All I Need 05:01
Say you ever wake up in the morning, And think ‘oh my it’s so beautiful today?’ It’s just a feeling that I get when I wake up I say, If you don’t know what I mean, I couldn’t find the words to tell you anyway, It’s just a feeling that you get when you got all you need, A little peace of mind, I don’t want for nothing, Never running out of time so it’s never too late, Spread my arms wide, reach up to the sky I say Lift your head up now, Take a look around Nā te atāhua te whenua, Ka rere tōku wairua, Ko te ao ko au, ko au te ao, Ahakoa te matapouri, Ahakoa te pāmamae, Kitea te Ao Mārama, Ā te mutunga, ka tino pai, Ake, ake, ake Lift your head up now, Take a look around All I need is here and now, All you need is here and now, All we need is here and now

about

Here & Now is an honest snapshot of life and a heart-felt tribute to a friend. Reggae grooves, soulful harmonies and weighty guitar riffs - it’s a message of hope and acceptance, and a reminder of the importance of place, belonging and community.

We'd like to dedicate this EP to our beloved friend Tom Coombes, who was taken from us before his time. It was an honour to be your friend and we deeply appreciate how you always supported our music, these songs are for you browser.
